Die ausführlichen und verständlichen Erklärungen haben mir einen sehr guten Eindruck von dem Unternehmen und der ausgeschriebenen Position vermittelt. Das Bewerbungsgespräch war sehr angenehm und professionell. Die Gesprächsatmosphäre war freundlich, entspannt und respektvoll. Besonders positiv fand ich die sehr sympathische und herzliche Art meiner Gesprächspartnerin. Ich habe mich während des gesamten Gesprächs sehr wohl gefühlt. Meine Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet und die Position sowie die Aufgaben wurden verständlich erklärt. Insgesamt habe ich einen sehr positiven Eindruck vom Unternehmen und vom Bewerbungsprozess erhalten.
Das Kennenlerngespräch war sehr schön, die Person war nett. Es gab sogar Feedback zu meienm LEbenslauf und es wurde Transparnet dargelegt wie es weiter geht und wann ich mit einer Antwort rechen kann und es gab eine einschätzung wie meine Chancen sind
Das erste Kennenlerngespräch für diese Stelle wurde trotz der Sommerferien schnell organisiert. Ich empfand die Atmosphäre als sehr interessiert, wertschätzend und transparent. Im Gespräch konnte ich sowohl ausreichend Einblicke in meine Person geben als auch viel über meine Gesprächspartner:innen und das Unternehmen erfahren.
Hatte ein sehr gutes Bewerbungsgespräch.Herr Börmann hat mir gut erklärt was von mir erwartet wird.und hat das Unternehmen echt schmackhaft gemacht.
The HR/first round went very well for my working student in SAP field. There were no technical questions in first round only first screening type questions and felt more like a friendly conversation than a strict interview. The interviewer gave me a very nice pleasant and relaxed feeling.
Man hat sich gleich gut aufgehoben gefühlt, es wurde klar erklärt. Von meiner Seite aus kann alles so bleiben, da braucht man nichts verändern.
Das Bewerbungsgespräch und der ganze Prozess drum herum fand schnell statt. Das habe ich als sehr positiv empfunden. Allerdings hat es etwas gedauert bis ich eine Antwort auf meine Bewerbung erhielt.
