Egal wie die Bewerbung ausgeht, der Prozess war gut.
Die erste Kontaktaufnahme könnte vielleicht telefonisch sein.
Das Gespräch verlief in einer angenehmen und freundlichen Atmosphäre. Die Stelle sowie die Aufgaben des Teams wurden ausführlich vorgestellt. Meinen ersten Eindruck von den Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens bewerte ich sehr positiv.
It was a very pleasant and professional interview experience. The conversation was conducted in a respectful and welcoming atmosphere, which made it easy to discuss both my background and the requirements of the role. The company and the position were presented clearly, and the overall process felt well organized. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider allocating slightly more time for interviews for senior or highly technical positions. While the discussion was valuable, a longer session could allow for deeper exploration of experience, technical topics, and mutual questions from both sides. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the role and the company, and I found the interaction to be engaging, transparent, and professional.
